What is Rush?

Rush happens in the beginning of every semester during the fraternity's
recruitment period. It is a series of free events offered to potential
associate members, or rushes, to teach them what we do and what we
believe in. At the end of rush, bids are given out to the rushes that we
think would best suit our fraternity.

2010 Fall Rush Schedule

Wednesday, September 8th, DODGEBALL!!!
Start Time: 6:30
No not the movie, even better, the actual game itself. This is Phi Kap's signature event.
Every semester we get a massive group of players together, around 40-60, and have a game
of dodgeball that has never been seen before. This is a great time and who doesn't love
dodgeballs.

Friday, September 10th: Info Night
Start Time: 6:30
Shoot some pool with the Brothers of Phi Kappa Theta!

Monday, September 13th: Barbeque (BBQ)
Start Time: 6:30
Join us in the Freshman Quad and enjoy a end of the summer bbq and have
a good time

Wednesday September 15th: Pizza and Poker Night
Start time: 6:30
We hold a card tournament on campus and serve fresh Domino's pizza.
There is no money required and the winner gets a prize.

*All Events are free, complete with rides to and from, and have absolutely no obligations. These
events are your way to get to know the brothers and see if Phi Kap is something you would like to
do. And don't forget to bring your friends and roommates because everyone is welcome with Phi Kappa Theta.
